French Over 50s Course
2 weeks language course duration

A short French language course aimed at adults, over 50 years of age, who wish to study with their peers in an informal atmosphere and enjoy the social programme offered (includes a full day trip to spectacular waterfalls, and half-day trips to a lcoal distillery and a sugar factory. There is also a Creole cookery session and two lectures on Guadeloupian culture, ecology etc).
French and Surf Course
1 week language course duration

Combine one week's French Standard group course with 5 afternoons of surf lessons on some of Guadeloupe's beautiful beaches! All equipment included. Each session is approx. 3 hrs duration. Accommodation is included. Students are based at a dedicated Surfing Camp in rooms catering for three people (each room has its bathroom with shower, WC outside common for two rooms); American breakfast included. Daily transfers from the Camp to the language college and back to the surf camp/ surf site inclusive. Arrival/departure transfers at Pointe a Pitre airport included as well.
French for Teachers
2 weeks language course duration
Two week courses offered twice in July. Exclusively aimed at teachers of French as a foreign language. This course of 2 x 30 units is designed for foreign teachers of French who are already working in their profession as well as for future teachers and is open to either individuals or closed groups. The workshop consists of classroom observation, discussion of teaching methods and grammatical explanations. The essential purpose of the workshop is to create teaching activities and build resources on documents based on selected elements of Creole and French cultures. These activities and documents are then tried out in the college classrooms.
Creole Cooking

Students can book cookery lessons with a local professional cook in advance or once in St Anne's. Get a real taste for the Caribbean and book 15 lessons as PM classes!
French Private Tuition Course

An intensive French language course, ideal for those who wish to make maximum language progress over a one or two week period. Aimed at adults with specific language needs.
DELF Preparation Course
Open to 18+ age group throughout the year
Private lessons offered on a weekly basis.Perfect for students and adults requiring private one-to-one lessons to perfect their language skills prior to sitting any of the four DELF French language exams. NB: It is not as yet possible to sit the exams themselves in Guadeloupe.
