Enrolment & Payment Process
We hope you've enjoyed discovering the language courses offered by CESA. Please feel free to contact CESA with any questions you may have, before making a final decision. We will be happy to help you consider the various colleges and programmes available.
To enrol on a language programme

If you have a copy of the CESA brochure, there is also an enrolment form at the back which you can complete and return to CESA (with a deposit of £150.00 sterling).
Dealing with your enrolment
CESA requires a deposit of £150.00 sterling at the time that you book a language programme (unless there are 21 days or less, before the course starts, in which case full fees for the course are needed).
Once we've received your enrolment and your course is confirmed (which normally takes around 48 hrs) you will be sent all your details. Allow a further 48hrs for the paperwork to be completed, though we aim to turn paperwork around in as short a time as possible.
CESA will then send you :
> Confirmation of your enrolment
> College Briefing Information
> An invoice for the balance of programme fees
Invoice Layout
Your language programme invoice will specify the fees due for your programme:
> Tuition
> Accommodation
> CESA administration / £35.00
> College registration fee (if applicable)
> Summer supplements (if applicable)
> Any other fees relevant to your course
Payment of the invoice is required SIX weeks before the course starts or by return of post if there are less than six weeks available.
