Laura Meadows : 12 weeks Spanish language course
I wanted to learn Spanish and experience the Spanish culture, all of which I gained through the school and livng with the Spanish family. Learning a language is only REALLY successful abroad when you’re surrounded by the language all day.
I decided to go with CESA Languages as they were recommended in the English newspapers and I was impressed with the brocure when sent to me and also found their website very accesible and informative.
I was a near enough beginner and was the quietest in my class but by the end of the 12 weeks Languages for Life course I was holding conversations with the teachers and all of the people in my class in Spanish. My confidence grew more than I expected. I didn’t expect that I’d learn as much as I did. Actually I impressed and shocked myself at how much progress I made.
Everything at the Spanish language school in Malaga including the teachers, language course and the food was far better than I expected. I can’t fault the school in any way, they were incredibly professional and organised.
My best memories of the school are the small class sizes (best for speed of learning), the outside terraced area where everyone meets in breaktime. I’ve so many fun memories with other students which I will cherish.
I choose to stay in host accommodation in Malaga so that I got maximum progress from my time in Spain. I was really pleased with my accommodation my Spanish family were superb and was situated in a great location, travelling to college by bus was easy, no problem at all.
It was a fantastic experience and I’d really recommend the college and Malaga to anyone wanting to learn Spanish.
