Phoebe's French course in Cannes

"Bonjour !

As everyone knows - i hope - I'm currently in the beautiful South of France studying French and working in the most organised of libraries! I only arrived yesterday, but everyone has been so welcoming and helpful and I have now settled and have some great friends.

This morning I had my first French lesson, where I realised that A-level French is extremely limited, and that there's a lot to be improved upon! The campus itself is perfect with amazing sea views and lovely rooms - a lot better than your average uni room anyway!

There is such a great mix of nationalities, it emphasises how irrelevant Norfolk is on a global scale; however, I do miss everyone a lot and I hope you all keep in touch! Feel free to ask any questions...
