Accommodation in Playa del Carmen
Student Residence:
Just 5 minutes walk from the college, near the town's main church, so you are central to everywhere! The residence has 20+ bedrooms, a reception, a kitchen, it's own cafeteria and laundry facilities. Each bedroom has twin beds, a desk, TV, ceiling fan and air con and en suite bathroom. Students can choose to book a room on a single or shared room basis, with either a B&B or half-board.
Private households:
Single room accommodation with local hosts on either a B&B or half-board basis (breakfast and evening meal). Most hosts are within 20 minutes walk of the college (some are up to 15/20 mins by bus away).
Shared apartment:
Students have to pay a deposit against damages upon arrival. The apartments are all within 5/20 minutes on foot or by bus. Single room lets, with communal kitchen, bathroom and living room or terrace.
Private apartments:
There are a limited number of private furnished apartments on offer to adults, on a sole occupancy let basis. A deposit is required on arrival.
Hotels:
There is a good selection of Hotels to choose from. Please be aware that during the high season, prices go up and rooms are in demand. High season runs from late December to Easter and July/August each year.

We recommend students fly direct to Cancun International airport and then take a bus to the Playa del Carmen, from the bus terminal in Playa del Carmen students can take a taxi to their accommodation. Alternatively students can use the college transfer service from the airport to the accommodation.
