Accommodation in Paris
Paris is a large city, so please allow for a commute of approx. 20 to 40 mins to college each morning.
You can chose to stay in either :
~ French hosts/private household accommodation
~ Hotels
~ Furnished studio apartments

French hosts/Private households:
Living with local French hosts is a great way to enhance your learning experience. The French hosts live in apartments in the city's residential districts, not in the city centre so commuting is inevitable. They offer the opportunity to experience day to day life as lived by Parisians and social conversation (but are not there to show you teh sights or help with homework!).
Host/Private household accommodation can be booked
on the following basis:
~ single room with breakfast only (no ktichen access)
~ single room with half-board (breakfast and evening meal)
~ shared room with breakfast only (no kitchen access)
~ shared room with half-board (breakfast and evening meal)
NB: (shared room is only available if staying with a friend)
Some hosts can offer en suite bathrooms to guests, at extra cost.

Local 3* & 4* Hotel options are available
Please specify dates and style of room required
The college will charge a Hotel reservation fee
Students must be 18yrs+ to book this option
Most recommended Hotesl are 5/15 minutes walk from the French school.

Arrive: Sunday PM
Depart: Saturday PM
Travel direct to Paris by Eurostar or by plane (generally to Charles de Gaulle airport) You can then take the transfer service or alternatively a taxi or train/metro to your accommodation.
