All payments (Dollar) are payable to CESA either on or before the dates specified on your invoice. This is generally EIGHT weeks prior to the course start date. Non-payment of fees by the date on your invoice could result in the cancellation of your programme.

> Cheque :
If you wish to pay by cheque in US dollars drawn on a US bank, there is a bank handling fee of USD 35.00 which must be added to the amount you are paying by cheque.

> Credit Card :
We accept: Visa & Mastercard. We do not accept Diners or Amex.

Accepted via Make a Payment on the CESA Client Zone (payment is taken via the HSBC secure payment system). Payment can be made by Credit Card directly into our US Dollar account.

Alternatively accepted over the phone or by fax.
NB: The Credit Card companies will treat this as a Sterling payment and credit it to CESA, as such. 

In either case a standard (3%) charge is added to card payments to cover the Card companies charge.

> Debit Card :
We accept: Visa Electron or UK Debit cards ONLY.

Accepted via Make a Payment on the CESA Client Zone (payment is taken via the HSBC secure payment system). Payment can be made by Debit Card Visa Electron, directly into our USD account.

Accepted over the phone or by fax, by Visa Electron card.
NB: The Debit Card companies will treat this as a Sterling payment and credit it to CESA, as such. 

In either case a standard (3%) charge is added to card payments to cover the Card companies charge.

> Bank to Bank Transfers: US Dollar

Ideal for those who have internet banking.

so we can check to see when the fees come in.
