All payments (Dollar Sterling or Euros) are payable to CESA either on or before the dates specified on your invoice. This is generally SIX weeks prior to the course start date. Non-payment of fees by the date on your invoice could result in the cancellation of your programme.

Any bank charges that CESA has to cover will be invoiced at a later date. Please use the TT method for a quick transfer (within 72 hours), BACS for those who have internet banking is even quicker.
Please notify CESA if you use this method so we can check for payment arrival.
Cheque payments:
Dollar Cheque drawn on a US bank, by prior agreement with CESA Languages Abroad.
Credit Card payments:
Accepted over the phone, by fax, in writing or via the secure HSBC payment system in place on the CESA on line enrolment form.
NB: The Credit Card companies will treat this as a Sterling payment and credit it to CESA, as such.
A standard (2%) charge is added to card payments to cover the Card companies charge.
We accept: Visa & Mastercard.
We do not accept Diners or Amex.
Debit Card payments:
CESA is unable to accept Dollar Debit Card payments.
